“CHAPPY WEEK STARTS TODAY”
This week we will be celebrating Chappy Shane Greenhalgh, school Chaplain at Lawnton State School. During this week we pledge to donate 10% from all sales back to Shane and his Chaplaincy Service.
Shane has been a chaplain for 4 years and all of them at Lawnton State School. One of the many programs that Shane runs at the school is called A2B and it is a boys program. The program sets out to help the students with teamwork, resilience and communication skills. Part of the program is building go karts. Once the karts are built they are then donated to families in the local community. How good is that! This is one of the many reasons why we are giving Shane his very own Chappy Week. This is the last Chappy Week for the year so let’s make it Amazing.
